2500 is for one account in arbitrage EA, so investor has to have 5000 for the program, then he opens two accounts with two different brokers, broker names will be given by US, Deposit size of each account can be different, for example 2000 one (master broker) and 3000 other (slave), details will be gives again by US.

The system has many fuctions we will write whole system explanation soon, I will publish here, or on my web page. I can tell you basic things that trades are opening both direction, practicaly risk is 0, because trades are always hedged and EA will close it when they will be in profit, plus IB commission (accounts are opening throug our IB, but it does not mean that we take IB commission, it is counted in profit, so each trade will be counted so: profit from trade + IB comm..=profit), other details I will publish later, for example money management, trade control, about API and many other. Plases will not be much that's why we chose minimum deposit 5000 unit, if we manage API that it would handle many accounts we will lower deposit size.
