are u looking to choose this broker? If yes then there are some points to consider.

min investment is a bit high for investors with low capital. One of my friends has good experience with them.

I am thinking to use this broker. I need feedback who is using this broker. How is their support and other things. I tried to contact their support but it wasnt a good experience. It took more than 30 minutes for them to answer. I dont know if it was their lunch time or anything else.[cool]

hmmm sometimes it happens if u choose wrong department when starting live chat.

Once I had a chat with their support and it was good. They responded quickly as any good support team should. I think jogi is right that sometimes we make mistakes in choosing right department. But even if it was wrong department, it shouldnt take that much time to refer to other department.

They do not have many deposit/withdrawal options. Many countries do not support paypal so only thing left for such traders is bank transfer. They should add some convenient methods of payment. They have credit/debit card option but transaction can only be done through paypal.
