Are Trading Contest Worthy?

I have noticed that almost every broker has trading contest and they are demo based and real account trading based. Currently having a look at the Alpari trading contest. They are offering 4 contests and I want to know which one is more worthy? Can you guys suggest about it?

I wish I could have helped you, but I am not able to since I am not aware of this broker, but if you want to participate on a really good contest then I will suggest you to check OctaFX broker, I have been trading with them for many years and they are completely reliable while currently they are having great cTrader demo contest, it’s really great due to been weekly base, so it’s perfectly suited for new comers and also has got prize up to 400 dollars.
