MetaQuotes, the developer of the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform has released a major platform update (build 610). You can view the full list of changes here.
The update is scheduled to be released to AxiTrader Clients on 15th of March 2014
Some key points regarding the update: Old EX4 files will continue to be supported and work the same as before As the result of a windows security update all user files are now stored in the user's directory. The files will be automatically moved to the new folder during the update Alerts are now displayed on the chart and can be managed by drag’n’drop functionality If you are using custom indicators or EAs please check that they are compatible with the new build with the provider of the EA or indicator

Some of you may have already updated your platform. If you have done so, your indicators and Expert Advisors (EAs) should have been moved into a new folder called “MQL4” in the user’s directory. If, however, you find that they were not moved, you can do it manually by copying your EA's and indicators from the MQL4 file in your program files to the new MQL4 folder in the user’s directory.
