Very common question which is answered many times but most of you may not have read those answers or may have skipped important answers.

Usually it is said that invest in forex which you can afford to loose which is very true. But does that rule apply to signal followers? Forex is risky so if you want to test it then investment must be small so that any loss doesnt hurt u. But does that rule apply if you are an experienced trader? Or if you have invested through a signal provider like fxstat? YES. Most of the traders especially signal followers consider themselves an exception which is a BIG mistake. Even though there are greater chances of success when you r following signals of a professional trader but there is still a big risk of loosing.

It is not about forex only but about any risky business where chances of loss are higher. But almost all such articles warn about forex because low-capital investors invest in forex business and loose. They keep re-investing in the hope of winning.

Very true. Especially when traders follow scalpers, risk of loosing money increases. Some steps like following traders with longer consistent profitable history, diversifying your investment, minimum lot size etc can reduce risk significantly.

Stick to your rules

Even though there are greater chances of success when we diversify portfolio but that doesnt mean to increase your investment to a level where you might loose your precious savings. Beginner and Intermediate level traders mustn't try rely on trading to pay bills.

It depends on your own comfort and ability because the more you have the more chance you have to make money. But of course, it’s not wise to invest a lot if you are not capable. I prefer normal investment but still I get huge amount to work with thanks to FreshForex using their 200% Deposit Bonus and many other facilities. It’s the route that adds up making you comfortable and relaxed with things.

Trade with what you're comfortable to lose.

That depends on what you expect. Top traders can achieve 5-10% per month...so if all you need is $100 per month, you can start with $1000. If you want $1000, then with $10k, etc. :) But to get to that level will take years of hard work and some intelligence, too...

We should invest as much as we could afford to lose, so that’s why I am always very careful. I work with FreshForex broker where even smaller investment helps a lot. It’s so much easier with their 101% Tradable Deposit Bonus, which gives just the room to work freely and with greater level of confidence.

Hi,

Forex trading is not easy. Foex trading is not comfortable for all. Its really risky.  But you have enough experience about forex trading and if you have enough knowledge about forex, then,  you can invest in forex trading. If you want to invest on forex trading, then first you should invest some little amount. So that if you lose, you can carry it. So, first invest some little amount, when you know all about forex trading and you have enough experience about forex then you can invest more money.

Thank you..
