Why not do both?  You can benefit from the market in both ways that way.  Both are stressful and unrewarding if the market is unsuited - but if you can do both well, you will make more consistent money.

I don\t really think there's much of a difference between them - in the way I trade anyway - I am using a smaller timeframe but doing much the same thing either on daily or on the 15/30 min TFs.
