They r partnered with many brokers. I have never heard of them. But I am currently reading details. I will share my thoughts after detailed view of the site. Have u used them urself?

Well, if u register through these rebate companies, you cannot get free signals from signal provider companies like fxstat. So I would never prefer these rebate companies.

There r many similar sites. They get commission from brokers for referring customers. But dont go for such benifits if they r not referring to a good broker. Moreover if u want to autotrade then u can get more benifits from autotrading service provider. For example fxstat provides free autotrading if u register under under their IB in any one of partner broker websites.

There is also zulutrade that do pay signal providers and zulu has partnered with many brokers , almost all are very known to the public.
It is a great idea to reward traders for every trade they make.
