There r thousands of scam EA websites and many fake EA review websites. These review websites recommend scam EAs and show them in their top rank list. So why should a user visit these websites?

I think forum are a much better place to discuss and to analyze a performance.

100% agree.

Now the site given by raihanulislam is also a fake one. Their top 5 list has all scam EAs which r commercially available for very less fee and claim to earn millions of dollars.

Review sites take money from EA owners to rank their EAs in top list. 

But there are also some legitimate review sites which r not limited to EAs reviews only but they give review about a strategy (both manual and EA) after carefully examining its performance.
