How long does it take to credit my account?
I have made a deposit more than 24 hours ago, but my account balance still shows $0. I have sent an email to support more than 24 hours ago, but still no answer.
Is it normal that it takes so long to credit my account?

at the moment the process of adding autotrade credit charge is manual. Our finance team check the payment gateway once a day and fund the credits to users account accordingly.

Well there should not be any problems with the deposit and with fxstat. Also I have not tried moneybookers so far so I can not comment on the same. You should try and contact support again for the same .
You can keep some patients because fxstat is really a good company and even they are providing best signals as manual checking you can keep some patients and check after some period of time.
You have to wait for while and give some time to fxstat to credit your account and do not desperate and keep some patients.
