True :). But I think forexing tried to tell us advantages of forex trading over other types of investments. Well there will be some disadvantages too. In the end it all depends on us to use those advantages to our advantage.

- yeah that's true. But even without trend forex can be profitable if you are a scalper because scalpers don't depend much on trend; and unprofitable also if you get unlucky lol.

There are always some trends in forex market due to high capital investments. A wise trading plan can be profitable and it can bring u good profit. megrawab is right that trends are not necessary and traders can get advantage from any type of the market. It depends on how u analyze the market.

These advantages are mentioned in the first post :). But u wrote them in good way which makes them more understandable.
Stick to your rules
Forex is about exchanging foreign currencies which is usually done in pair and it is done based on the demand and supply forces of the market. It is not easy to trade forex and requires lot of skills and abilities and hard work.
Forex is a currency exchange market has various advantages and more consistent than those related to some financial markets. Active and available at all hours, the Forex is suitable for all traders and operates on a particular principle.
Trading is trading - it does not have any more advantages over any other instrument - stocks, indices, commodities all are similar in the liquidity aspect - depending on your broker you can trade out of hours as well. Bonds are less liquid, and so are some currency pairs, but that is a matter of preference, no choice is better or worse. Fx is popular because that is what is being marketed at the moment.
