You should consult moneybookers support. Coz it is problem of moneybooker and not fxstat.

I COULDN'T RESOLVE IT YET, HAVE YOU AN IDIA ?

I think u should talk to one of the moneybooker's representatives. He will guide u really well. I had a problem in verifying but I sent an e-mail to their support and they told me step by step process.
