Calculation example:
If you would like to receive 0.01 on EURCAD, you need to use following formula:
Lot size * Commission = Commission you need to pay for that trade. If the commission for 0.01 to 0.09 lots on EURCAD is $11.00/lot, then you will be charged 0.01*$11 = $0.11
